Mr. Vinodkumar Manibhai Patel is appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, with experience in business development and strategic planning. These appointments, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's proposal, aim to strengthen the Board's financial and operational oversight.
