BMW Industries is holding its 44th Annual General Meeting virtually on September 12, 2026. Shareholders can find the Annual Report online and vote electronically from September 9-11. Additionally, the company has opened a special window until February 4, 2027, for shareholders to transfer and dematerialize physical shares acquired before April 1, 2019. This includes previously rejected transfer requests. Shares transferred through this window will be dematerialized and have a one-year lock-in.
