Ethos achieved strong FY26 consolidated revenue of 1,658.4 Cr and PAT of 96.2 Cr, driven by luxury segment focus. Network expanded to 103 boutiques across 34 cities, including City of Time & new lifestyle brands. A 409.91 Cr rights issue strengthened the balance sheet. Import duties on Swiss watches began easing.
