Novateor Research Laboratories Ltd — Important, 20-08-2026: Company Update

Novateor Research Laboratories has entered into a Marketer and Manufacturer agreement with Smart Laboratories Private Limited. This strategic partnership is expected to significantly boost Novateor's oral care product marketability and reach across domestic and international markets, leveraging Smart Laboratories' extensive distribution network of over 2,000 sales employees and more than 5 lakh retail stores. As part of this agreement, Novateor has received a purchase order totaling ₹0.084 Cr for the supply of 10,000 units of Advance Teeth Whitening Serum, to be executed within one month.
