Transwind Infrastructures' board appointed M/s. Nilesh K Agarwal & Co. as new statutory auditors for 5 years and re-appointed two Whole-Time Directors for 3 years, all subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the FY2026 Director's Report and decided against a dividend for FY2025-26.
