P N Gadgil Jewellers (PNGJL) will acquire 100% stake in Silvostyle Jewellers Ltd (SJL), a fashion silver jewellery business, for ₹27.96 Cr in cash. This strategic move aims to consolidate PNGJL's jewellery business, create operational synergies, and broaden its product offerings. SJL, though newly incorporated, has an underlying business (Silvostyle Jewellery LLP) with a turnover of ₹72.93 Cr in FY26. The acquisition will strengthen PNGJL's market presence. Notably, SJL is part of PNGJL's promoter group, and the transaction is at arm's length.
