    KIMS signed an O&M agreement to manage Aurevia's 250-bed Arete Hospital in Hyderabad, earning 9% of net revenue for 5+5 years. KIMS also secured a call option for future acquisition of the hospital business, strategically expanding its presence in Hyderabad.
