Acknit Industries has called its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider adopting the audited annual financial results for FY2025-26 and a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share. The company seeks approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Deo Kishan Saraf as Director.
