Spectrum Talent Management reported strong FY26 results: Revenue up 14% to ₹14,504 Cr, PAT up 69% to ₹122.58 Cr. It acquired US IT staffing firm APT Companies (adding ~₹131 Cr turnover) via its new UAE subsidiary. The company also forfeited 1.5 million unexercised share warrants worth ₹6.19 Cr and is initiating migration to the Main Board.
