    Uma Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 20-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Uma Exports' board approved raising Rs 54.36 Cr by issuing 2.25 Cr warrants at Rs 24.16 each via preferential allotment. The authorized share capital will increase from Rs 40 Cr to Rs 57 Cr. The 38th Annual General Meeting is set for September 18.
