Raconteur Global Resources Ltd — Important, 20-08-2026: Company Update

Raconteur Global Resources' board has approved significant corporate actions. M/s A S Bhutani & Associates will be appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for five years, replacing M/s Kapil Sandeep & Associates, subject to shareholder approval. The company also plans a preferential issue of 2.32 crore warrants convertible into equity shares, raising ₹29 crore, and an additional 0.80 crore equity shares, raising ₹1 crore. Both issues are priced at ₹12.50 per share for Non-Promoters/Public shareholders and require shareholder consent at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Revised financial year reports were also approved.
