Autoriders International's Board approved several key initiatives. The company appointed M/s. HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Borrowing limits and the ability to create charge on assets were both increased from 100 Cr to 200 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Maneka Vijay Mulchandani was re-designated as Executive Director for three years with remuneration up to 0.50 Cr annually. Crucially, the Board also approved amending its Memorandum of Association to include business activities in renewable energy, reflecting a diversification into solar, wind, and hydro power. These changes aim to enhance financial flexibility, strengthen governance, and open new growth avenues.
