August 21, 2026.Appointment M/s C N K & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101961W / W-100036) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of M/s KKC & Associates LLP, to hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting. The Board has also recommended the appointment of M/s C N K & Associates LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 45th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting.
