Steel Authority of India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-08-2026: Record Date

SAIL has set Wednesday, September 30, 2026, as the record date for its Final Dividend for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the Rs. 2,357 per equity share dividend (23.50% of paid-up capital), if approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026. Payment, subject to shareholder approval, will be made within 30 days of the AGM.
