Prevest Denpro Limited has published the notice for its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held virtually on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. The AGM notice and Annual Report for FY2025-26 are available electronically. Shareholders can participate and vote on resolutions via remote e-voting, which runs from September 14 to September 16, 2026. The Board also approved and proposed a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (10% of face value) in its meeting on August 11, 2026.
