DMGEL specializes in solar, hybrid power, battery energy storage, and O&M solutions, and reported ₹213.98 Cr turnover in FY26. This acquisition will establish DMGEL as a step-down subsidiary, bolstering the group's presence and operational efficiency in the green energy sector.
