    Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited — Important, 21-08-2026: Updates

    Equitas SFB allotted 78.95 Cr shares in demat post-amalgamation. Of these, 2.11 Lakh shares were placed in a suspense account for physical Equitas Holdings Ltd (EHL) shareholders. The bank is encouraging these shareholders to dematerialize their holdings.
