Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd — Important, 21-08-2026: Company Update

Geetanjali Credit and Capital's Board has approved key changes to its leadership and governance. After internal review, Mr. Avinash Verma and Mr. Vishnuji Ravaji Thakor were appointed as Additional Executive Directors, bringing experience in accounting/taxation and marketing/sales, respectively. Mr. Dhaval Jagdishbhai Vaghela was also appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, with expertise in capital markets and investments. These appointments aim to strengthen the board. Additionally, the Board approved the re-constitution of various Board Committees to enhance corporate governance.
