Purple United's Board approved raising up to ₹29.15 Cr via 8.09 lakh equity shares and ₹19.12 Cr through 5.31 lakh convertible warrants. Mr. Jatinder Dev Seth and Ms. Bhawna Seth were re-appointed as MD and Whole-time Director for 3 years. AGM on Sept 15.
