Aar Shyam India Investment Company Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Acquirers Mr. Radha Krishna Avudari, Mrs. Sudha Rani Avudari, and Mr. Nagabhyru Srikanth have announced an Open Offer to acquire up to 58.43 lakh equity shares of AAR Shyam India Investment Company Limited, representing 26.00% of the emerging capital, at Rs. 15.00 per share for a total consideration of Rs. 8.76 Cr. This mandatory offer is triggered by two events: a proposed preferential allotment of 1.95 Cr shares, including 1.41 Cr shares to the Acquirers against acquiring another company, and Acquirer 1's purchase of 12.16 lakh shares from an outgoing promoter at Rs. 13.60 per share. Upon completion, the Acquirers will gain control of AAR Shyam.
