SD Retail's Board appointed Ms. Lekhinee Mandeep Desai as an Additional Non-Executive Woman Director. They approved the Annual Report and the 22nd AGM for Sep 22. Remuneration hikes for Mr. Parth Ruparelia (to ₹0.6 Cr) & Mr. Gaurang Ruparelia (to ₹0.4 Cr) were also approved, pending shareholder OK.
