Sp Refractories Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-08-2026: Record Date

SP Refractories (SPRL) has proposed a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (face value Rs. 10/-). The Record Date for this dividend is September 10, 2026. If shareholders approve this at the AGM on September 17, 2026, only investors holding SPRL shares by September 10 will be eligible for this payout. This date also serves as the cut-off for e-voting regarding the AGM resolutions.
