    Aarti Surfactants' board re-appointed Nikhil P. Desai as CEO & MD and Santosh M. Kakade as ED for 5 years. Prof. Vandana B. Patravale was appointed Independent Director. The board also okayed broadening company activities (MOA change) and elevated Kanika Rathore to President.
