Shareholders can participate via video conferencing. The company has made its Annual Report and AGM Notice available electronically on its website, CDSL, and BSE. Remote e-voting will be open from September 20, 2026, 9:00 AM, until September 22, 2026, 5:00 PM. The cut-off date for determining e-voting eligibility is September 16, 2026. E-voting will also be available during the AGM for those who haven't voted remotely.
