    Almondz Global Securities' board has approved demerging its Infrastructure Advisory Business into a new listed entity, Almondz Global Infra – Consultant. Shareholders will receive 666 AGICL shares (Rs 10 FV) for every 10,000 AGSL shares (Re 1 FV). AGM on Sep 30, 2026.
