This strategic acquisition anchors a long-term AI transformation partnership with Porsche, reinforced by a 5-year, €1.25 billion (approx. 11,250 Cr) strategic deal. The move significantly boosts TCS’s presence in the German auto sector and strengthens its AI and engineering capabilities.
