Asian Warehousing Ltd — Important, 24-08-2026: Company Update

Asian Warehousing's board has met and approved its annual Director's Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The 14th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026, held virtually, with e-voting from September 18-20. Shareholders should note the September 14 cut-off date for voting eligibility. The board also re-appointed Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and MD for three years from February 2027, at 0.05 Cr per month, pending shareholder approval. CFO Mr. Vishnu Singh's annual remuneration of up to 0.282 Cr for FY27 was also approved, subject to member endorsement.
