Black Rose Industries has issued a notice to shareholders concerning the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This action is for shares where dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years. Individual notices were sent to affected shareholders.
