Jigar Cables Ltd — Important, 24-08-2026: Company Update

The company's board approved the re-appointment of Smt. Sangitaben Niteshbhai Vaghasiya as Chairperson-cum-MD with a revised annual pay up to 0.18 Cr, and Shri Ramnik Parshottambhai Vaghasiya as Whole-time Director with existing pay up to 0.12 Cr. Both re-appointments are for three years starting January 2, 2027, pending shareholder approval. The board also approved material related party transactions with Ultracab (India) Limited and Jigar Polymers Limited, and has announced its 10th Annual General Meeting for September 26, 2026, to discuss these items and the FY25-26 Director's Report.
