Shanti Gold's Board approved the allotment of 46.43 lakh rights issue shares at ₹215 each, raising ₹99.83 Cr. This increases the company's paid-up capital from ₹72.09 Cr to ₹76.73 Cr. Shares will be credited to demat accounts shortly.
