Mcon Rasayan India Limited — Board Meeting, 24-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

MCON's Board proposed re-appointing Whole Time Director Nandan Pradhan. It also approved revised managerial remuneration for CMD Mahesh Bhanushali and Whole-Time Directors Chetan Bhanushali and Nandan Pradhan. All these decisions await shareholder approval at the 10th AGM.
