    Inox Green Energy Services' (IGESL) IRSL Committee allotted 4.89 Cr fully paid-up equity shares of IRSL to eligible IGESL shareholders under the Scheme of Arrangement. Efforts are underway to credit shares to demat accounts and secure listing/trading approvals.
