ACI Infocom Ltd — Important, 24-08-2026: Company Update

ACI Infocom announced an open offer by Mr. Sanjay Natvarlal Mandavia and Ms. Rupal Sanjay Mandavia to acquire up to 3.70 Cr shares, representing 26% of the emerging voting capital, at ₹1.53 per share. This follows a preferential allotment, bringing the acquirers' total stake to 51.05% post-offer for a maximum consideration of ₹5.67 Cr. The new management, led by Mr. Mandavia, plans to diversify into aviation, aerospace, defence, and infrastructure for growth. Public shareholding will remain above 25%. The company reported a net loss of ₹1.85 Cr in FY26.
