    HMA Agro's Board approved its FY25-26 Annual Report and set the 18th AGM for September 18, 2026, virtually. The Board also proposed M/s VAA & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. Procedural appointments for AGM voting were also made.
