    VBL's board approved establishing an India WOS (Rs. 9 Cr paid-up capital) for RTD/alcoholic beverages, appointing Prathmesh Mishra as CEO. It also greenlit a Tunisia JV (TND 9 Million capital, 75% VBL) for broader beverage production and distribution.
