Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry Ltd — Important, 25-08-2026: Company Update

Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry has updated its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice for August 31. The update includes a change in the proposed allottee for 250,000 of the 600,000 convertible warrants, priced at Rs. 37 each, totaling 2.22 Crore. Mr. Anil Vrujlal Jogia was replaced by Mrs. Jogiya Geetaben Dhirajlal as Mr. Jogia had sold company shares during the pricing period. The 2.22 Crore rupees raised from this preferential issue will fund working capital needs (1.78 Crore) and general corporate purposes (0.44 Crore). Additionally, the company corrected a clerical error in a valuation report. Shareholders can participate via e-voting from August 28 to August 30.
