RBS completed its corn oil unit and launched EATREO blended oils, expanding into FMCG. FY26 standalone revenue was ₹829.90 Cr (down), net profit ₹14.48 Cr (down). Consolidated net profit was ₹11.43 Cr. No dividend declared. Board approved ₹250 Cr borrowings and ₹350 Cr for investments. Subsidiary is building an ethanol plant (₹190.64 Cr CWIP).
