The company will acquire a 75% stake in Novuscom Neo Private Limited for 0.30 Cr, making it a subsidiary. Novuscom, focused on sustainability research, aligns with GEM's core business, enhancing its environmental sustainability offerings. The board also approved a significant alteration to its Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder approval, to greatly expand its business scope. This new clause covers waste management, reverse logistics, environmental consulting, technology solutions, and diversified manufacturing/trading, positioning the company for broader growth. A shift of the registered office was also approved.
