Arvind Limited terminated its Power Transfer Agreement with TU28 due to capacity reallocation. The company secured new renewable power agreements with TU12 and TU21, investing up to Rs.3.47 Cr for 13.30% equity in TU12 and up to Rs.17.33 Cr for 26.60% equity in TU21 for captive use.
