    Oriana Power signed an agreement with JK Lakshmi Cement for a 25 MW solar project. JK Lakshmi Cement will acquire a 26% stake in Oriana's subsidiary, Dynospark, for up to Rs. 16 Cr. Oriana retains 74% and Board control, facilitating captive power supply for JK Lakshmi Cement.
