Richa Infosystems allotted 17.18 lakh equity shares from warrant conversions, increasing paid-up capital from ₹13.76 Cr to ₹15.48 Cr. The board also appointed M/s. C S M & Co LLP as new Statutory Auditors after M/s Bhatt Shah Mekhia & Co. resigned.
