    GUJTHEM reported FY26 audited results: Revenue ₹165.8 Cr, PAT ₹46.7 Cr. Significant capex completion saw PPE grow to ₹286.9 Cr, funded by increased borrowings. Post-year-end, the company announced two major acquisitions: ~€158M for anti-TB brands and ~₹1300 Cr for MicroBiopharm Japan.
