M.V.K. Agro's Board re-appointed Mr. M.V. Kawale as MD for 3 years & Mr. P. Pandav as Independent Director for 5 years (both subject to shareholder approval). They also approved the FY26 Directors' Report & re-appointed JNP & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY27. The 8th AGM is set for Sept 19, 2026.
