    Senores Pharma's board appointed Shilpa Sharma as CS & Compliance Officer and Viranchi Arvindbhai Shah as an Independent Director. The board also approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) and strategic plans for international expansion with new subsidiaries in Mexico and Canada.
