Maximus International Ltd — Important, 26-08-2026: Company Update

Maximus International's Board has approved significant governance changes, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ramesh Kheradia joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, bringing over 30 years of corporate law experience. Mr. Dipak Raval is re-appointed as Managing Director for five years, continuing his leadership role without company remuneration. Ms. Divya Zalani is also re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The company has appointed M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. as its new Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy, also pending shareholder approval for a five-year term. These appointments led to the reconstitution of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
