Silkflex Polymers' Board approved increasing authorized capital to Rs 18 Cr. They also greenlit a preferential issue of Rs 24.6 Cr warrants to the promoter and Rs 32.76 Cr equity shares to public. An EGM is scheduled for Sept 22 seeking shareholder approval for these proposals.
