Optimus Finance Ltd — Important, 26-08-2026: Company Update

Optimus Finance has announced key governance changes. The Board appointed Mr. Ramesh Kheradia as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective 26th August, 2026. Ms. Divya Zalani was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, from 31st December, 2026 to 30th December, 2031. Both director appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. were appointed Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy from 26th August, 2026, with their proposed five-year term (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31) also requiring shareholder approval. The Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees were also reconstituted.
