Optimus Finance's board has approved key changes. Mr. Ramesh Kheradia has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, bringing over 30 years of corporate law and regulatory experience. Ms. Divya Zalani was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, leveraging her expertise as a Chartered Accountant in taxation and audit. Both director appointments await shareholder approval. The board also appointed M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. as new Statutory Auditors, filling a vacancy, with their five-year term also subject to shareholder nod. Consequently, the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees were reconstituted.
