    Time Technoplast's board gave in-principle nod for merging subsidiary TPL Plastech to boost efficiency. It scrapped the EPPL acquisition. Also, approved investing up to 50 Cr for a 65% stake in Time Intercontinental, a new polymer trading subsidiary to secure bulk purchase discounts.
