Markolines Pavement Technologies Ltd — Important, 27-08-2026: Company Update

Following input from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Markolines Pavement Technologies' Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Bhanudas Patil as Managing Director for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also decided to convene the 24th AGM for members virtually. Additionally, the Directors' Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were approved. An e-voting scrutinizer was appointed for the AGM.
